About Tracy

Born and raised in southern California, Tracy's is very knowledgeable of the Southern California area. She loves real estate so much and takes great pride in building relationships with buyers and sellers alike! Tracy has been serving sellers and buyers as a REALTOR® since 1989. Her success has led her to be in the top 1% of REALTORS across the country and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for real estate sales. She has also been the sales manager of RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists, founded by her parents Bob and Nancy Stallings, since 2000. Tracy’s primary focus as a REALTOR® is residential and residential income real
estate (one to four unit properties). She is passionate about real estate and often visits Sacramento and Washington, D.C. to lobby on behalf of California and National Associations of REALTORS® for homeowners rights and the
professionalism and ethics of her industry. Tracy believes continuing education and networking are essential to her
ability to advise her clients with their largest investments, their real property. She is also committed to keeping up with the myriad of economic and technological changes, and passing the information on to her clients, friends and associates. She has spent much of her career volunteering her time to great causes. Tracy is the former President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Long Beach, a member of the California Association of REALTORS® Industry Leader Advisory Panel, she is a fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and she sits on the board of the PTA Council for Los Alamitos Unified School District. She loves being able to use her relationships and strong negotiation skills not only for her
clients, but for these organizations as well. Tracy appreciates her clients continued trust with their friends and family’s real estate needs and feels blessed by the relationships she has created over the past 25 years. She looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs!
